Process - Profound Knowledge: What's in the Well Comes Up in the Bucket!

How do some people get so much more done in so much less time than others? They have a profound knowledge of what they are doing. Take any job and think about how much better and quicker you could do it if you totally understood what needed to be done and how to do it. In spite of this obvious fact, many people go right on trying to do their job with a superficial knowledge of what they are trying to accomplish. This idea applies to every person on the face of the Earth and every job that exists on this planet. I know I'm guilty of this concept every time I buy some do-it- yourself something and refer to the directions as a complete last resort! Here's an example of how this works:

Don't let even one day go by without making time to put things into their proper places.


File or pay bills right when you get them. Don't put them down to get lost in the shuffle.


Open your mail near the trash can and toss what you don't need.


Keep making those tough decisions about what to keep and what to throw away.


Respond to invitations and notices as they arrive and mark any dates on a calendar immediately and pick in your tickler file if you need to save the inviation.
